Wavegarden Opens Second US Wave Pool in Coachella Valley
California just got a new surf spot about 100 miles from the ocean. Wavegarden has officially opened DSRT Surf in Coachella Valley, its second US park after Virginia Beach's Atlantic Park. The pool can produce 1,000 waves per hour with over 60 world-class wave variations, including a dedicated aerial training wave and a barreling 'Twister' setting. Jacob 'Zeke' Szekely called it 'the best wave pool in the world,' and sessions are expected to start as low as $60 per hour when it opens to the public late this summer.
